Real Madrid vs VfL Wolfsburg

UEFA Champions league draw creates the chance for Wolfsburg to face the Spanish Giant Real Madrid in the quarter final where the first leg will be in the 6th April in Wolfsburg . Wolfsburg is quietly pleased to meet the strangest among all the big guns of the quarter final like Barcelona, Bayern Munchen and so on. While Real is considered to be the favorite of this upcoming match
but Wolfsburg is the team which shouldn't be underestimated just because of it's form.

At the beginning of the tournament, the idea of reaching the quarter final for Wolfsburg seemed to be a very long shot but it managed to gain the first position of the TEAM B, managing 12 points falling behind Man U, PSV and CSKA Moskva. At this far, Wolfsburg lost only two matches in the group stages and made a wonderful game against GENT in the first leg of round of sixteen; winning the game at 3-2.

Midfielder Julian Draxler, wearing the 10 no jersey, managed to score 3 goals from 7 matches which is highest so far and on the other hand Real Madrid's Cristiano Ronaldo managed to score 13 goals by playing only 8 games so far. Some of the fellow say that Real Madrid is going to play the semi-final easily by beating Wolfsburg which may not be easy by some prediction.
First of all, Wolfsburg is under dog as someone said so. So, they have nothing to lose and the first match will be held on their home ground. So, they might have a home zone boost from the benevolent supporters. While, Giant Madrid is the favorite who might have the pressure because if they lose the game, the Spanish Medias will surely get a good story to hung them up.

Real Madrid vs VfL Wolfsburg

Real Madrid gaining the third position in the La Liga have made only a draw against PSG in their group stage but managed to be the top of the TEAM A having 16 points. Fans are in a bit of confused as Denis Cheryshev a non-current listed player was played by R Madrid and they would like to know about the future plans of him by the coach Zidane.

But in the past these two teams have never met before and the other thing which may inspire Wolfsburg is that hey are the sixth German team to reach the quarter final of Champions League and this is their first time to reach the knock out stage. But they have beaten any Spanish team only once in the past. And Madrid has also lost their recent match against German opposition at 4-3 against Schalke.
Real Madrid vs VfL Wolfsburg

Do you know that, Real had won the last three trips on Germany but yet to say that the stat says that Real Madrid's winning record in Germany is P 28, W-4, L-18, D-6.
But Andre Schurle rqacts it as anb attractive draw and added that they are looking forward to have a nice game agaisnt Real Madrid.

Sporting Director #Allofs: "Real is one of the biggest names in world football. These are two absolutely highlight games for us & our fans.

Both of the fans are really looking forward to see the match going to be held in two weeks. Real Madrid would like to win their 11th Champions League trophy as they have a very little chance to win the La Liga against the other two horses FCB and Atletico.

Let's see who is the big fish.

Lionel Messi | Football Mirror

Lionel Andrés "Leo" Messi is an Argentine professional footballer who plays as  a forward in the Argentina national team and in the Spanish club Fc Barcelona. Leo is considered the best player in the football history, rated by many great of the football world. Messi is the only player in the football history who won FIFA Ballon d’Or five times in which four was consecutively. Though, he had won nothing special for his national team but with Brarca he has won seven league titles and four Champions League titles. Winning three copa del Rey titles, Messi is the player who holds many records with Barca.

Do u know?
In central Argentina, Messi was born and was diagnosed with growth hormone deficiency as a child which eradicates the growth of him at an early age. But it was his maternal grandmother, Celia, who helped to swim a long way to be a professional footballer and now she is gone upstairs, shortly before his eleventh birthday.
Why celebrating goal like this???
Since then, as a devout Catholic, Messi has celebrated his each and every goals by looking up and pointing to the sky in the tribute of his grandmother, said by Messi himself.

He was in the rudder of his local club but it hasn’t the ability of continuing the expense of Messi’s problem though they wanted him passionately. But then he had to move in Spain and now established himself as Barcelona’s all-time top scorer in official competitions in March 2012.
Messi statistics

Messi’s representation:

As an Argentine international footballer, he has represented his country in six major tournaments. He won the 2005 FIFA World youth Championship, finishing the tournament as its best player and top scorer. By named as the captain of the national squad’s captain since Aug 2011, Messi led Argentina to the finals 2014 World Cup and the 2015 Copa America where in both they had been defeated by the opposition. But in both he had been selected as player of the tournament.
"When you saw him you would think: this kid can't play ball. He's a dwarf, he's too fragile, too small. But immediately you'd realize that he was born different, that he was a phenomenon and that he was going to be something impressive."—Newell's Old Boys youth coach Adrián Coria shares his first impression of the 12-year-old Messi.

In popular culture:
France Football says that Messi was the highest paid footballer in the world for five out of six between 10-14.  And be noted that Messi was the highest paid footballer in Barcelona since 2008. And currently now he is being paid €20 million net (€36 million before taxes). Besides, Messi is linked with many advertisements which is another source of his income.

But we must admit that he was and is a humble and helpful person to the poor people. Every year before the season starts, many of the organizations held some charity matches and it is Messi who is played to that matches to make money and all of those money is donated to the suffered people. Besides, Messi has made many charity funds and also donated hundreds of thousands pounds to UNICEF Argentina. Besides he is related to many raising awareness of many reputed organizations.

Messi had been is a relationship with Antonella Roccuzzo since 2008 and now they have two sons named Thiago (born on 2012) and Mateo (born on 2015). Mesi's father is the agent of his son Messi and had done many jobs including the tax problems of Messi from which he has recently been passed off.

Style of play:

We know that Messi has a height problem but it gives him an extra benefit to dribble t with ball more quickly than the others, evading opposition attacks and allowing him to change direction as he wanted at any time. Despite being physically unimposing, Messi has a great combination of his balancing and low gravity. And he has consequently been noted for his lack of diving in the field.

Known as a prolific goal scorer Messi can skid through the defense lines with great speed and scores some wonderful goals using his left foot. His vision ability helps him to assist more goals than the other in the field. In counterattacks, he usually starts from the left side of the midfield and start a great run, falling back all the defenders and uses him inner part of the foot to lend the ball to another player to score some truly wonmderful goals.

Messi and Ronaldo. The football fans are engaging themselves in arguing that who is the best payer of the history. But often, Messi is told to be a "unique player, out of the world" by many football genius specially his former coach "Pep guardiola". Besids, Figo, Brazilian Ronaldo, his club and internation mates also praised him when they had the chance to do.It is to be mnoted that, Messi had won the Ballon d'Or five times when his opponent Ronalod won that 3 times. No need to say tat, as they played in the same league Messi faces Ronaldo at least two times in a season which is regarded the most viewed match is the history of football record. Off the pitch, Messi competes Roanldo in social fans, sponsorships and salary.

Messi vs Ronaldo.

No matter whatever, Messi is rated as the best player in this world of this decade. No doubt that, we are blessed to see him playing.

Cristiano Ronaldo | Football Mirror

Cristiano Ronaldo dos Santos Aveiro  is a Portuguese professional footballer who plays for Spanish club giant "Real Madrid" and the Portugal national team wearing 7 no jersey. He  had received Ballon d'Or and FIFA World Player of the Year nominations in 2007 which is judged by an international panel of sports journalists. And in the following year, in 2008, he won his first Ballon d'Or and FIFA World Player of the Year awards by beating off Fernando Toress and Leo Messi  to scoop Ballon d'Or. And then he won the Ballon d’Or consecutively in 2013 and 2014. He took less than 13 years to score his 500th senior career goal for his club and country.

Cristiano Ronaldo

Ronaldo is the player who is often ranked as the greatest player of this age by some great in the sports world and was named the best Portuguese player of all time by the Portuguese Football Federation, at the time of its 100th years of anniversary celebrations.

Earleir life:

Ronaldo was born in Santo António, the youngest child of Maria Dolores dos Santos Aveiro  and José Dinis Aveiro. He joined Sporting's other youth players who trained at the Academia Sporting, the club's football academy, in Alcochete.

But many of us don’t know that at the age of 15 Cristiano was diagnosed with a racing heart, a condition which forced him to give up playing football.

"His heart raced a lot when he wasn't running," Dolores Aveiro, mother of Ronaldo later revealed. "They used a sort of laser to cauterize the source of the problem."

But this lad was back on the field after few days of the surgery and now ruling the field of Real Madrid with his charismatic football skills.
One thing you don' know is that, it was Ronaldo's mother who called him a cry-baby at first.

Do you know??

Ronaldo was the first ever to play for Sporting's under-16,17, 18, B-team, and the first team, all within one season . In his debut at 7th Oct in 2002 he scored two goals and his team Sporting CP won 3–0 against Moreirense.
In November 2002, Ronaldo got invitation to join Arsenal's training ground, London Colney to meet manager Arsène Wenger and his coaching staff. Wenger, showed his interest in signing the talented midfielder and had arranged to meet Ronaldo's representatives, in the following month to discuss a transfer arrangement of a possible move to Liverpool. Ronaldo said "Liverpool is one of the best clubs in England and it would be a dream for any player to represent a club of such traditions". However, he came to the attention of Manchester United manager Alex Ferguson in the middle of 2003, when Sporting defeated United 3–1 in the inauguration of the Estádio José Alvalade in Lisbon. Ronaldo's performance impressed the United players, who urged Ferguson to sign him.

And one more thing is that Ronaldo was the first Portuguese player who signed in Man U and it was £12.24 million.
One thing you don't know is that Ronaldo was given the 7 no jersey by Alex but he had requested for 28, the jersey number of Sporting CP as he didn’t want to get the pressure of living up to the expectation linked to the number 7 shirt, which had previously been worn by United legends such as George Best, Bryan Robson, Eric Cantona and no need to say David Beckham.  The jersey was an extra motivation.  "I was forced to live up to such an honor."
And the rest is just story..!

It is true that some Spanish team wanted him in the season of 2006-07 and Ronaldo also said that he always wanted to join in Spain but he was kept in the EPL under the terms of Sir Ferguson as he told that,
“No doubt that Ronadlo will be the player of our next season”
And, the season proved to be a breakout for Ronaldo and picked up his first league title with Manchester United. But his first team coach René Meulensteen played an important factor in this success by one-to-one training. René was the man to coach him in moves to make himself more unpredictable.
Ronaldo stat between MAN U and R Madrid

In Nov and Dec 2006 he was entitled with consecutive Barclays Player of the Month honors, becoming only the third player in Premier League history to do so after Dennis Bergkamp in 1997 and Robbie Fowler in 1996.  After scoring 31 league goals, he was awarded with the Premier League Golden Boot and the Premier League Player of the Season awards and again won the PFA Players' Player of the Year and FWA Footballer of the Year awards, as well as being named in the PFA Team of the Year for a third consecutive year.
Ronaldo finished the season with a career-high 42 goals in all competitions, four short of Denis Law's team-record mark of 46 in the 1963–64 season. Ronaldo's 31 goals haul was rewarded him as the first winger to win the 2007–08 European Golden Shoe, finishing eight points ahead of Mallorca's Dani Güiza.

Real Madrid:

Man u fans had to let him go as Real Madrid confirmed that Ronaldo will join the club in 1 July 2009; from Manchester United for a world record transfer fee of £80 million (€94 million) at a six year contract. Ronaldo made his Madrid debut on 21 July in a 1–0 win over Shamrock Rovers. His first goal came a week later with a penalty in Madrid's 4–2 win over LDU Quito.

And then records were ready to be broken.

He broke a Madrid club record when he scored in a league match against Villarreal and thus became the first ever player to score in his first four La Liga appearances.
On 17 August 2011, Ronaldo scored his 100th goal with Real Madrid with a first-half equalizer against Barcelona in the second leg of the 2011 Spanish Super cup in the Camp Nou. On 27 August 2011, he opened the 2011–12 La Liga season with a hat-trick in a 6–0 win at Real Zaragoza. And thus ended the season winning first First La Liga title.

2012–13: Fastest to reach 200 goals for Madrid
Ronaldo started the season by lifting the Supercopa de España with Madrid, scoring two goals in a 4–4 away goals aggregate win against Barcelona. The goal in the first leg made him the first Madrid player in the history of El Clásico to score for the fourth game in a row at the Camp Nou, with the winning goal in the second leg, Ronaldo did equal with  the Real Madrid record of Iván Zamorano of scoring in five consecutive El Clásico matches.

2015–16: Real Madrid's all-time record goalscorer:
Despite the disappointment of the previous season, Ronaldo expressed publicly that he wanted Carlo Ancelotti as the manager, with whom he had a close relationship, to remain at Real just days before the Italian was sacked by the club, rather than Rafa Benitez coming in to take over. On 29 November, Cristiano scored against Eibar to become the joint-third all-time top goalscorer in La Liga, on 234 goals alongside Mexican striker Hugo Sánchez.
Ronaldo scored four goals in a 7–1 home win over Celta Vigo on 5 March 2016. In doing so, he arrived at 252 La Liga goals, surpassing Telmo Zarra to become the competition's second highest scorer of all time behind Messi.

Yes, Ronaldo always wanted to be the best player and without any doubt he would likely to tell that. Many times in the press he said that he is the best and the number of people is not few in number who will agree with him. But Ronaldo seems to be unhappy at a time as he told after a match of LA Liga but soon he was able to resolve the problems and had a good time then in the club.

Ronald is often said to be a selfish player but he he is often mistaken to be a person who is arrogant and full of ego which is not the case. You don't know how much he has always been involved with fund raising programs of NGOs, and has even donated 100,000+ to the hospital in order to help them building a cancer center in his native island Madeira. In addition, he had once sold his golden boot, that he had won in 2011 for 1.5 million. Wan to add that he is also acts as an ambassador to Save the Children and The Mangrove Care Forum in Indonesia.

Comparisons to Lionel Messi:
Both players have scored in two UEFA Champions League finals and have regularly broken the 50 goal barrier in a single season. But the fans of these two great footballer of this age; are always engaged in arguing about who is the best. But some commentators want to spread water by saying them two different types of player. Ronaldo is a winger but Messi is always played as a forward. On the other hand, Ronaldo is sometimes depicted as an arrogant and theatrical showoff, while Messi is portrayed as a shy, humble character.

Cristiano Ronaldo and Leo Messi|| Football Mirror

But there is no doubt that Ronaldo is a great player of this decade and we the fans are really blessed to see his skills in live. Cristiano Ronaldo's national and club team as well as his family is really proud because of him.
